Assigned Referee - No Show

DASOA takes it's job seriously and expects that its members do also. Referee's are expected to meet their assignment obligations or find a suitable replacement (if with-in the 72 hour policy for dropping a game online). If you are assigned to a game where one or both of the other assigned referees do not show, please fill out and submit the form below. When submitted, the form will be sent automatically to the DASOA Ethics Committee.

Of course there are numerous reasons and emergencies that could prevent a referee from honoring their assignment. Submitting this form does not necessarily mean that disciplinary action is warranted or will be taken.
